A binding contract between you and Ventourage is formed upon confirmation of your ticket order or event sign up and receipt of full payment. Tickets are personal and non-transferable unless Ventourage agrees otherwise in writing.

All prices are displayed in CHF and are inclusive of VAT, to the extent applicable, as indicated at the time of purchase. Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via the accepted payment methods listed on the website. Ventourage reserves the right to adjust prices for future sales at any time.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled in its entirety by Ventourage. Ventourage may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds, credits, or allow ticket transfers on a case-by-case basis.

Ventourage reserves the right to modify the program, speakers, venue, format, or dates of the event without prior notice. Such modifications do not entitle ticket holders to a refund. In the event of a complete cancellation of the event, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Ventourage shall not be liable for any ancillary costs (e.g. travel, accommodation). Ventourage is released from its obligations in the event of force majeure (including, without limitation, pandemics, natural disasters, government orders, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control).

Ventourage may refuse entry to or remove from the event any person who violates applicable house rules, behaves in a disruptive or dangerous manner, or fails to comply with Ventourage’s reasonable instructions. No refund shall be due in such cases. Participants must comply with any on-site rules communicated before or during the event.

Ventourage’s liability is limited to the extent permitted under Swiss law. Liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. Ventourage accepts no liability for loss of, theft of, or damage to personal belongings brought to the event.
